Eva Nika arrived in the United States from Albania with a dream, a work ethic, and the determination to build something meaningful in her adopted country. She began her American journey the way so many immigrants do — working hard, learning fast, and refusing to let any obstacle define her ceiling.
Over 17+ years in luxury hotels, casinos, and multi-property operations, Eva rose from the ground up to become a respected hospitality and client relations leader — proof that grit, grace, and genuine care for people can take you anywhere.
Today Eva is also a passionate mentor to women and immigrant leaders through her newsletter and community, Unstoppable Together. She has personally guided dozens of people who started with nothing into confident, successful professionals — because she knows exactly what that journey feels like.

Michelle Santos was born in Puerto Rico and began her career in the United States in housekeeping — the foundation of everything she would go on to build. She learned the craft from the inside out, understanding at the deepest level what it takes to deliver a truly clean, truly professional result.
From those early days on the floor, Michelle climbed steadily through hospitality, casino environments, and multi-site facilities management to become the operational force behind Diamond Queens LLC. She never forgot where she started — and that's exactly what makes her exceptional.
Michelle is the kind of leader who sees every detail. She builds the systems, writes the protocols, and designs the training programs that keep Diamond Queens operating at an uncompromising standard. Nothing gets missed on her watch.
What sets Michelle apart is how she works with her team — one on one, hands on, and always present. She's on the floor, side by side with every crew member, making sure the work is done right and that every person feels supported and equipped to excel.
Built From the Ground Up — Together
Eva came from Albania. Michelle came from Puerto Rico. Both arrived in the United States and started their careers doing the work that most people overlook — the hands-on, detail-driven, unglamorous work that keeps buildings running and people healthy. And both of them were extraordinary at it.
Over decades in luxury hotels, casino floors, back-of-house operations, and multi-property management, they rose through the ranks and saw firsthand what a truly trained, accountable cleaning team looks like. They also saw what most commercial cleaning companies deliver: inconsistent crews, no documentation, no accountability, and no real training.
The gap between what businesses deserve and what they typically receive was the opening for Diamond Queens. They built this company to close that gap — to bring the SOPs, the training culture, the quality inspections, and the client-first mindset of luxury hospitality into the commercial cleaning space in the Lehigh Valley and beyond.
Diamond Queens is not just a cleaning company. It is proof that two immigrant women, starting from the bottom, can build something world-class — and that the standard you set for yourself is the only standard that matters.
